1. Print-On-Demand (POD) Production Model

All apparel items listed on ASvybe are custom manufactured and printed on-demand specifically for each customer upon order confirmation. We do not hold excess inventory. Because each piece is produced uniquely for you, order cancellations once production begins cannot be entertained.

2. Replacement & Refund Policy

Only replacement is available, strictly NO cash refunds.

A free replacement will be provided ONLY if the delivered item has a manufacturing defect, stitching tear, or significant print fault. To claim a replacement, the customer must share a continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video showing the outer parcel label, sealing, and the opening process to our team at shop@agnivar.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any request submitted after 24 hours or without the mandatory 360° video will be automatically rejected.

3. Size Issues & Exchanges

Size issue return / replacement nahi hoga. Detailed measurements (chest, length, shoulder, and sleeve) are provided on each product page size chart. As our tees are cut in a relaxed, drop-shoulder oversized streetwear silhouette, please verify your size carefully prior to purchase. We cannot replace items ordered in an incorrect size by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are sent to production within 24 hours. The custom printing, bio-wash curing, and quality check process takes approximately 2–3 business days. Courier dispatch and delivery across India takes 3–5 business days. Overall estimated delivery timeline is 4–7 business days. Live tracking links are emailed and sent via SMS once dispatched.
